Serra enjoys UD's hospitality for meetings and activities. The local club meets on the first and third Friday mornings in the Haggar Center. Our meeting presenters address topics related to vocations.
We maintain close contact with nearby Holy Trinity Seminary and the Dominican priory of St. Albert the Great.
Our premier event is the June Vocation Awareness Program for young Catholics (see vapinfo.org.)
We welcome new, mature Catholics as members.
2024 UD Serra Club VAP Raffle Announcement
The UD Serra Club members will be offering raffle tickets after Masses on
the weekend of March 2-3 to support the Vocation Awareness Program at
the University of Dallas during the weekend of June 14-16, 2024. This
program allows us to have weekends for men and women 18 to 40
discerning a religious vocation.
Donations are requested of $5 each ticket or 6 tickets for $25. Prizes
include Domestic Round-Trip Airline Tickets for Two within the continental
United States, Fort Worth Stockyard Weekend Package, Texas Ranger
Baseball Tickets, and a Kindle Fire HD Tablet. Please look for us on the
patio. Cash, check or credit card are accepted.
